Welcome to Perch Cottages!

Loved my experience staying at Perch Cottage! It's close to both Woodstock and Kingston, while having the feeling of being out in the middle of nowhere (great coffee within a 5 minute drive is also a perk!) The front of the cottages face a main road so you do get a little noise from the street, but the real reason to stay here is the *stunning* riverside access down behind the properties. Having my coffee there every morning was a huge highlight. We did have some issues with the air conditioning working in our original unit, but the host was super responsive and put us up in another property the very next day. The cottages each have their own little backyard access, plenty of seating areas and hammocks to read. Planning on coming back for a Fall visit!

Amazing deal for a price! My family liked the location, serenity of the river sounds (we kept the windows open during our stay), easy to find and easy to get to interesting spots in the area. We enjoyed sauna, swimming in the river, hammocks by the river, fire pit, big meadow of aromatic lemon thyme in the front, outdoor games (provided by host). Kitchen had everything we needed for a quick fix of meals. And the beds, oh my, super comfy and giant size! You guessed it right, we loved our stay!
