Loved my cabin ! The owners did a great job with the updates and renovations. Look forward to coming back in the warm weather to take advantage of the outdoor facilities and hanging by the esopus creek.

Erika was an amazing host. She was responsive and cordial. The Perch cottages were perfect for our ski vacation. We loved waking up and seeing the Esopus Creek from our kitchen window. The cottages have been recently upgraded and the fit and finish were top notch. The cottages were about a 20 min drive to Belleayre Mountain and the supermarket and pharmacy were a 2 minute drive from the front door. We look forward to staying again!

We had a great stay with our kids for a ski weekend. It is close to Bellearye Mt. The cottage had enough space for our family of 4. The area is low key and not very developed. Communication with host was very easy.

Had a great visit! The stay was easy to find and check in went smoothly. We arrived a few days after snow storm and were grateful to find it well plowed and shoveled. Inside was beautiful and comfortable for a weekend of relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils so we could make our own food and the sauna was a nice bonus to the property! Would stay again!

This rental and the owners fair exceeded my expectations! It is a quaint cottage located just off a main road about 15 minutes outside of the town of Woodstock. The location was perfect for me and my three friends on our relaxing girls weekend. The house was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. It was well heated for our cold winter nights. What really stood out was their exceptional communication. We had to leave a night early due to a crazy snow storm. Erika communicated warnings of the storm. I ended up accidentally leaving my laptop by accident and Erika was nothing but helpful and responsive in getting it back. I would 100% book with them again!

Loved staying in the cottages. The water streaming in the back is so beautiful. The hosts were great and very responsive. We ended up staying an extra night during the snow storm, and they were very helpful. They made us feel very safe and taken care of!

Comfy, cute place with all the essentials you need. Check-in was easy and made it easy for us to unpack and load. There was a record player, speaker, board games, and TV for bonding and unwinding. Would stay here again!

We had an amazing time here. The cottage is so cute and the perfect size. Nice, clean and safe. Truly enjoyed the space and how close it is to Woodstock and the main strip. We were 15 min away from Silvia’s, Good Night and so many other good food places. The community is extremely nice as well. The hosts truly have amazing customer service and respond so quickly and thoroughly. Can’t wait to book again during the warmer months.

We had a great stay at Perch Cottages! We were lucky to get about 8 inches of snow and cottage #7 was the perfect cozy weekend getaway. The kitchen is great and using the sauna during the snowstorm was a highlight. It was an easy drive to Woodstock, local trails for hiking and easy access to grocery stores. There is a great breakfast cafe (bread alone) 2 minutes down the road. Highly recommend the pecan sticky bun.
