My family and I had a great time. The location is sensational, we spent most of the time down by the swimming hole running around and playing games. It’s a perfect serene location for relaxing. We hope to visit again and explore Olive more.

We absolutely loved this cabin and the location. The cabin was cozy with all necessities for a short stay. Nice quality bath amenities, coffee and tea, a speaker to play music, and extra blankets in the living area to get cozy while watching a movie or playing games. I also really appreciated plenty of non- overhead lighting options. Bedside and couch side lamps etc. the sauna was delightful and even during our winter stay, we enjoyed waking down to the stream. Highly recommend Bread Alone for morning / midday meals 3 min drive in one direction and Oliver’s for dinner / drinks & fireplace 3 mins in the opposite direction!

Perfect place to stay for a ski weekend. Cabin was a great size for two adults and a child. Hosts communicated very well, with clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Perch Cottage #9! The cottage was clean, cozy, and perfectly tucked away in nature. Waking up to the creek and mountain views was such a treat, and every detail felt intentional and welcoming. Easy check-in, great communication, and an overall relaxing vibe. Highly recommend—we’d happily stay here again!

The cottage was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Easy to get to skiing and great restaurants nearby. The beds were also super comfy and bedrooms were larger than expected.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was perfect—convenient and easy access to many of the towns and ski areas. The home was very warm and welcoming, fully stocked with all the supplies we needed, and had plenty of space for our family of five. Erika was incredibly responsive and an all-around fantastic host. We would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back in the future.

This was our third time staying at The Perch #11. We definitely will be back. We feel right at home. There are lots of great restaurants.. always a little drive but you are in the middle of the beautiful Catskills. Our host Erika is always very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Erika’s place is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for in a short reset before the holidays! This place is definitely on the repeat list. Communication was clear and prompt and the beds comfortable!
