Loved this place is was so cozy & chic. Me and my fiancé stood for a valentines getaway the kitchen is so nice with a view of the lake and trees. The sauna was great!

Erika was so very helpful, from check in to check out and more. She always checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The place was amazing! The linens and bedding felt very nice! And the beds were super comfortable. My daughter loved the comforter that she wanted one for our home! We will definitely be back!!

My husband I rented Perch Cottage #9 for a hiking weekend in January and loved it so much that we returned for a weekend in Feb. Cottage #9 wasn't available, so we stayed in #7 which was just as lovely. Cosy, clean, private and well-located cabins. Looking forward to our next visit!

This place exceeded expectations. We’ve driven by a few times when we go skiing up at Bellayre and we finally had the opportunity to stay here. It’s much more spacious than I was expecting and super comfortable. A great place to stay and very clean and well maintained. The team was very responsive after we discovered the battery died in the electric keypad.

Loved my cabin ! The owners did a great job with the updates and renovations. Look forward to coming back in the warm weather to take advantage of the outdoor facilities and hanging by the esopus creek.

Erika was an amazing host. She was responsive and cordial. The Perch cottages were perfect for our ski vacation. We loved waking up and seeing the Esopus Creek from our kitchen window. The cottages have been recently upgraded and the fit and finish were top notch. The cottages were about a 20 min drive to Belleayre Mountain and the supermarket and pharmacy were a 2 minute drive from the front door. We look forward to staying again!

We had a great stay with our kids for a ski weekend. It is close to Bellearye Mt. The cottage had enough space for our family of 4. The area is low key and not very developed. Communication with host was very easy.
