My partner and I booked this cottage for her birthday. We loved it so much! There were so many thoughtful touches and we enjoyed our stay. It was really nice being so close to the river and having a grill and fire pit to enjoy during our stay. I would recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a cute clean place in the Catskills.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Perch Cottages after a whirlwind college tour through upstate and western New York. We needed a weekend to just rest and have a relaxing weekend and that's exactly what we did. We barbecued and made a fire in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows while listening to the flow of the river right in the back of the cottage. Also, the beds were very comfortable so we had a good nights rest every night we were there. It was so peaceful there we would definitely come back to Perch Cottages. The icing on the cake was our gracious host, Erika! Erika was a super host because she got back to me so quickly with every question. She gave me clear directions for the cottage check-in and check-out procedure and the house rules. Over all this place gets 5 stars for me and my family.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and we were so pleased! The airbnb was very clean, exactly as pictured, and it really had everything we needed. We utilized the grill and the sauna, and we took advantage of recommendations from the listing. We would certainly stay again!

Erika’s house was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, the house was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We enjoyed hiking, horseback riding, and the surrounding towns had a lot to offer. (Great restaurants too!) Thank you Erika for a phenomena stay.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family. The property was beautiful and had so much to offer. We especially enjoyed the BBQ, sauna, and the spectacular views. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind for a few days. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, which made the experience even smoother. Overall, a great getaway and we would definitely recommend it!

The house, the location and overall stay was perfect. Although the WiFi didn’t work throughout our whole stay, it kept us off our phones / tv and be present. Unplugged and relaxed the whole weekend. It wasn’t dark cottages in the woods were which was very nice since you can still see what’s outside. Overall, the place was so nice and romantic.

Everything was perfect. We were there for a weekend of hiking. The location was convenient to trails and the local restaurants. The cabin was clean, well laid out, and perfect for two people each of whom wanted their own bedroom. We got the code before we got there and were able to access the cabin upon arrival. We’d definitely stay there again.

We loved our weekend stay at cottage #7. The location is excellent, the bed was so comfortable, and the sauna was a really nice touch in the colder weather. Communication with Erika was very easy. The cottage was incredibly clean and well maintained. The property is beautiful - be sure to check out the swimming area down by the river. We will definitely be back in warmer weather to be able to take full advantage of everything the property has to offer.

Spectacular property. My pup was the happiest and my husband and I were very comfortable. The property grounds are surrounded by beautiful views and easy access to nature, and it’s well equipped to enjoy the outdoors. The house inside feels elegant, clean and well stocked. Overall, we left very happy with all the different aspects of the property.
